"Daniel planned a perfect weekend in Rome, with a programme that struck an excellent balance between sightseeing and relaxation. We visited historical landmarks such as the Colosseum, while also enjoying time at the beach and spa. He also booked a fantastic pasta-making course in a beautiful part of town near the San Giovanni della Malva Church. It was an amazing experience, where I learned a lot about Italian food in a cosy and lively neighbourhood. Even though the trip lasted only a weekend, we managed to do a great deal without it ever feeling too busy.
